We explore deep relaxation, alignment, body connections, and other beginning principles of authentic, original Chen Style Tai Chi, an internal martial art
Experienced practitioners and beginners interested in the health benefits and martial applications of the art are welcome. Supportive, friendly, non-competitive atmosphere for all ages.

Students enjoy traditional weapons (training tools) for their taditional martial and health benefits. Included are Chen Tai Chi straight sword (jian), broadsword (dao), halberd (Guan Dao), long pole/spear (qiang qiang) and more.
