Freshly returned from a trip to Laos, Yunrou explores a way for you to enjoy some of the flavor of that Southeast Asian country. Laos, at least for the near future, hasn’t become overly mechanized, sped-up, and crowded. In his writing Colin Cotterill, an author based in Thailand, really captures the primitive, beautiful, and simple life that still hangs on in Laos. Yunrou really enjoys reading Cotterill’s work and offers some suggestions on how to get started.
